Stickers that sell on redbubble and other pod sites:
Hello, and welcome back to my blogging Post.
Today we're going to talk about stickers.
how to sell them like a pro?
So this post is going to be very helpful for beginners and advanced. I hope you can share it with your friends and help your colleagues.
Make sure you grab your coffee and come and read this post.
Maybe this might sound silly to you, but guess what I know people who sell 100$ each month from stickers only.
Is it possible? Yes, it's. But before getting too excited let me just tell you one thing.
To achieve this goal, you have to be persistent, consistent, and unique.
It takes patience, dedication, and above all these, you have to enjoy the process.
Bear in mind that even if you didn't achieve this goal which is (100$ or 50$ per month) you now have the knowledge and you learned something new.
So, first of all, you have to set a goal.
Whether you want to sell 100$ or 50$ per month.
You have to have a realistic goal written in front of
You.
SECOND: NICHE
you have to have a specific and unique niche.
See what niches that have high demand?
You can use These free tools:
1-Google trends
2-By simply asking the people around you
3-Ask your followers on Instagram.
4-Facebook niche groups
Then you should grab some design ideas. If you want inspiration use These tools:
1-Redbubble (I know this might sound no brainer but this site should be the first one to look into)
And when I say look for ideas in Redbubble I'm not suggesting you ripping off other people's artworks.
๐No, not acceptable!!
but to get an idea about what sells the most on Redbubble.
2-Pinterest: My favorite one personally.
3-Etsy is just an amazing source
4-follow people on Instagram who design stickers.
There are a bunch of great artists.
THIRD: You have to know where do people use
These stickers? Where do they put them? What are their interests or their hoppies?
This again takes us to point no 1 (Niche).
Of course, laptop stickers would be different from wall stickers.
Maybe someone wants to stick them to his notebook, skating board, his/her car.
So the place will affect the designing process.
Maybe someone likes cool motivational quotes stickers and wants to use them while studying.
So these things are very important to know while designing your stickers.
FORTH: SHAPE
I'm on redbubble now, when I search for stickers, guess what??
Most of the relevant results and best selling stickers were in a single solid shape(circle)
That means that stickers which are in a circle shape will sell better than scattered one unless you are making a sticker package that's another thing.
FIFTH:PACKAGE:
This is a lifesaver hack.
If you have a bunch of designs in a certain niche that isn't selling well, you can use this hack.
1-find a couple of designs you made on redbubble that resemble each other. Sometimes you make 3 or 4 designs for a trend or a niche hoping it will sell well.
2-open your designing program for me it will be canvas. But can only allows 5000×5000 px dimension so if you have more than 4 designs sorry buddy you’re going to use other programs: photoshop, photopeak(totally free), Gimp (also free)
3-put your designs there, after you open a new project. And make sure that there are enough spaces between each other.
why is it important to leave enough space?
Cuz we’re going to put them on stickers and magnets only. So to have a nice and clean-cut edge, we should do that. In this way, each design will be a separate sticker but in a package.
4-Export your final project as a png file.
5-Then go to your redbubble account. upload them and you’re only going to enable stickers and magnets.
6-choose the right title that resembles them, list your tags and there you go.
7-reminder: don’t forget to raise your margin at least to 100%.
In this way, you’re encouraging people to buy your designs. people always like to buy packs instead of one sticker.
Bonus Tip: LABELS AND UTILITIES
One of the niches that will be good, profitable and people will like to buy them and use them everywhere in their home, and guess what?!! Most of them are on circles!!
SEVENTH: PROMOTE
As I always say that Promoting is the key to consistent sales.
Don't just rely on redbubble promotions. If you want to take this step seriously, and you
want to have a good passive income, you have to promote it yourself.
talk about your designs and your stickers, Maybe buy some samples and stick them to your notebooks
so the next time you're going to your school, college, or even workplace. people will ask you: where'd you get that?
NOW you have some eyeballs on your business, and you have the opportunity to talk about your designs and stickers. Make sure you carry your business cards with you.
Let me know down below if you find this post useful.
Maybe you can share some of your strategies on How do you sell your stickers?
I believe everything is available for everyone so don't hesitate to share this post
with your friends.
I hope you have a great day and happy designing y'all!!!
